Statement of H.E. Mr. Nursultan Nazarbayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning the assassination of Benazir Bhutto

        On behalf of the people of Kazakhstan I present my deep condolences to the family and relatives of Benazir Bhutto and other deceased as a result of this brutal act of terrorism.

       Kazakhstan definitely condemns this assassination targeted to destabilization of the situation not only in Pakistan, but in the whole region as well.

        At the critical time for the Pakistani people I appeal to display reasonableness, unite and not let terror plunge the country into chaos.

       Today more than ever it is evident that there is a necessity of allied force of the whole world community in opposing terrorism and extremism.
